  2. Clear photos or videos showing the defect
  3. A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement or
  • A full refund (including shipping costs)

3. Non-Eligible Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Damage was caused by the customer
  • The return request is made after 72 hours
