SBE TECH offers a limited warranty on selected products to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not damage caused by misuse or wear and tear.
Warranty Period
• Electronics (phones, laptops, accessories): 30 days
• Home supplies: 30 days
• Auto accessories: 30 days
• Other products: varies by item (specified on product page)
What Is Covered
• Manufacturing defects
• Malfunction not caused by user damage
• Missing parts on arrival
• Product not functioning as advertised
What Is NOT Covered
• Physical damage after delivery
• Water damage
• Drops, cracks, or improper handling
• Wear and tear
• Unauthorized repairs
• Damage due to incorrect installation
How to Request Warranty Service
Email us at support@sbetechn.com with:
1. Your order number
2. Product name
3. A brief description of the issue
4. Photos or video of the item
We will review your request within 2–3 business days.
Resolution Options
If approved, you may receive:
• A free replacement
• A repair (if applicable)
• A partial refund
